Students receive access to educational materials for personal professional development. Program materials may not be resold, copied, redistributed, or used to misrepresent affiliation with Veteran Accelerator. Participation requires respectful conduct during live sessions and responsible use of any templates or resources provided.

Contact, enrollment, and payment information is used to provide program access, customer support, administrative notices, and required transaction records. Payment details are processed by third-party payment providers and are not stored directly by Veteran Accelerator.

Refunds

Refund Policy

Refund requests may be submitted within 7 calendar days of purchase if the student has accessed less than 25% of the digital curriculum and attended no more than one live support session. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Third-party payment-plan obligations remain subject to the provider's terms.

Delivery

Digital Delivery Policy

Program access is delivered digitally. Login instructions and onboarding details are sent to the email address used during enrollment after payment is confirmed. Live support sessions are delivered remotely through video conferencing or similar online tools.
